MARKETING REQUIREMENT PROFORMA

Purpose:

It is established for Marketing Requirement Proforma

2. Scope:

This procedure is applicable to R&D and Marketing departments.

3. Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Manager

2. Manager R&D

3. R&D Pharmacist

4. Procedure:

  1. Marketing department through chief executive initiates this proforma.
  2. This proforma is raised for the new product or change /improvement in the existing formulation.
  3. The trade name, generic name and dosage form of the product is mentioned.
  4. In case of metto product, the name of product and company is also mentioned.
  5. Remarks, if any are also documented in remarks column by marketing department.
  6. The approved proforma by chief executive is sent to R&D department.
