STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE Title: Entrance Procedure in Liquid Injectable Psychotropic Area

1. Purpose:

To develop a standardized procedure for entrance in Liquid Injectable Psychotropic Area

2. Scope:

To provide a procedure for entrance in Psychotropic area for all concerned & authorized persons.

3. Responsibilities:

All related person’s e.g supervisor, Q.A.I machine operator, cleaner, etc.

4. Procedure& Precautions:

1. Concerned persons should be wearing neat & cleaned normal factory uniform.

2. Persons suffering from illnesses like, fever, headache, itching, flu & especially low blood pressure patients are not allowed.

3. Enter in the change room & wear neat & clean autoclaved dongry, shoes cover, head cover, mask & gloves etc from lockers/cabinet in 2^nd buffer.

4. If any person wants to come outside from Psychotropic area he or she must get rid off from dongry & shoe cover which are only specified for this area.
