STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE Climatic Chamber

Purpose:

It is established for Climatic Chamber

2. Scope:

This procedure is applicable to R&D department.

3. Responsibilities:

2. Asst. Manager R&D

4. Procedure:
1. Connecting the unit power cord to a ground 3-prong receptacle with circuit breaker –220 / 230 V.Ac. 50 Hz, 1 Phase, 18 Amp.
2. Make sure power supply of voltage is stable, if voltage varies by 10% or more the unit system performance may be affected.
3. Place the water tank on the chamber top and open the water supply valve to humidifier.
4. When the water level has reached the rated level the anti-empty float switch will be disabled and humidification will begin. Water level float switch will operate automatically.
5. Turn relative switches ON for function the unit.
6. Setting upper 24-hour Timer for temperature day or night control.
7. Setting lower 24-hour timer for lighting control.
8. Setting humidity (30% to 95% RH)
9. Setting temperature (0°C to 40°C).
10. Turn all switches OFF when unit not to be used.
11. Empty or drain out water from humidifier water tank when unit not to be used for
weeks.
